A world of adventure about power, gas and water for the Stadtwerke Mainz AG.

Project management, concept and design. Freelance at studio klv, Berlin in 2006.

In the former power control station in Mainz, visitors become swith professionals themselves. Young staff members of the Stadtwerke Mainz AG (public services) modified the original switchboxes, which formerly supplied the city centre with power, into an exciting quiz interface. Interactive exhibits present the power, gas and water supply of the town.
Everything the visitors learn in the exhibition is later the subject of an energy quiz. Three correct answers given at each original switchbox by switching three buttons on or off, get rewarded with with a colored skylight.

Science Centre on the theme of movement for the city of Pirmasens.

Exhibition concept, spatial design and exhibit development as a member of a team as well as preparation of the subject areas, Fast Nature and the Band of Movement in free collaboration at studio klv, Berlin in 2004-2007.

Moving something and moving oneself.
Blowing, jostling and throwing. Giving things the right impetus and experimenting with movement. Running, thinking and dancing. Experiencing one's own strengh in movement.
Here, in an area of approximately 4,000 square metres, on 2 levels, everyone can experience in a playful way what movement is all about. At 150 interactive experimenting stations, visitors become explorers and investigate natural and scientific phenomena. While doing this, they are active themselves all the time and learn through movement - and the other way around.
